Salary: R 198 010. 08 per annum (Job level 17)
The job purpose of General worker. To render mechanical maintenance of sewer plants and pump station
Key performance areas: The general worker t must ensure that the daily work is done to satisfaction and to
achieve the objectives of Council. He/she will be responsible for: ? Responsible for the maintaining and
construction of the distribution plant ? Clean water distribution plant, offices and surrounding area ? Responsible
for the maintaining and cleaning of the equipment.
Requirements: Very basic reading, writing and numeracy 1-4 weeks experience.
