Main Purpose:

To independently conduct cold chain services according to standards protocol, work instructions and procedures as prescribed through PPECB’s legislative mandate.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

High level Objectives:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           

To ensure service delivery to clients in line with the organisations regulatory mandate. 
To ensure compliance with the BMS, ISO 9001 and all relevant legislation, policies and procedures. 
To ensure completeness of income      
To ensure compliance to Human Capital policies and procedures. 
To ensure effective Risk Management.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        

Experience:                                   

Relevant experience in the perishable-export logistical chain 
Experience in PPECB cold chain disciplines                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Knowledge:
Knowledge of relevant legislation 
Knowledge of perishable-export industry 
Knowledge of policies and procedures; 
Product and technical knowledge 
Systems and process knowledge 
Knowledge of risk management  

Must be able to travel locally and nationally as and when the job requires him/her to do so
Must have a valid driver's license & own reliable car.
Must be in good health
