Requirements
Matric 3 years’ experience in HC administrative support environment Computer skills (Ms Office) and applied knowledge of Integrated Tertiary Software (ITS) Recommended: Human Resources Diploma or equivalent Competencies Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and operating frameworks Knowledge of HR information systems and reporting tools Administrative skills Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of employee information Client-focused and quality orientated Ability to adapt to changing business and HR trends Planning and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and strict adherence to deadlines Ability to work independently and as a member of a team Verbal and written communication skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Interpersonal and customer care skills
Duties
Employee Lifecycle administration , e.g. appointments, terminations Data capturing, maintenance and compliance Leave administration and records management Information management Administer HC related documentation, such as contracts of employment (ie. Part-time appointments) Provide basic advice on the policies and procedures to staff General HC administration Participation and administration of HC projects assigned by the line manager
