Job Purpose: To develop, monitor and maintain strategic City of Tshwane partnerships and agreements to promote and improve municipal service delivery capacity

Requirements
An appropriate three-year career-related tertiary qualification (degree or national diploma) in Public Relations, Business Management, Business Administration or any other study field related to the position At least six years’ working experience in stakeholder management, stakeholder relations, partnership development and management or partnership agreements in a local government environment Supervisory experience will be an added advantage A valid Code B driving licence Computer literacy Must undergo a criminal record check and such a person shall allow their fingerprints t o be taken by the Tshwane Metro Police Department at own cost
Duties
Conduct research to identify and manage the City’s relations with external stakeholders Provide support in managing the development and maintenance of stakeholder relations Execute generic management functions Execute functions related to developing and approving memoranda of understanding and agreement and other relevant agreements with strategic partners Engage internal departments in relation to the establishment and management of stakeholder relations Provide support in managing all sections’ relevant agreements with strategic partners Provide support in ensuring proper contract management Contribute to updating a process plan for the implementation of projects emanating from strategic City agreements Provide support in monitoring strategic City partnerships under the scope of responsibility Perform administrative duties related to the post P erform reporting functions related to the position
