Key Responsibilities ·       Direct operation of all production plant to meet demand in a safe and cost effective manner·       Manage the safe efficient decommissioning and recommissioning of plant·       Direct operating related plant incident accident investigations·       Determine feasibility of technical plan proposals·       Provide specialist advice and a consultation service·       Manage operating priorities·       Manage the training needs·       Manage the operating department’s finances·       Manage human resources activities
