A post graduate qualification in education management and leadership (Recommended)
A recognized three year (REQV 13) qualification which includes professional teacher education. (Essential)
A four year (REQV 14) qualification which includes professional teacher education. (Recommended)
Registration as a Professional Teacher with the South African Council for Educators (SACE)/proof of registration (Essential)
Work Experience Required
7 Years teaching experience (Essential)
Recommendations
- Relevant experience - Utilising technology / ICT in the classroom - Experience in a promotion post (acting or permanent)
Other
Transform to Perform(T2P) participation. Teaching Creative Arts and EMS will be an advantage. Familiar with PMPS & CEMIS including AAPR, SGB Functional Tool and Building Blocks as well as SIP.
