The role requires proper administration of sourcing and evaluation of quotations, capture and authorisation of goods and services on the LOGIS system, and handling queries from both internal and external clients. General office support involves supervising and developing staff through individual performance agreements, assisting in developing or reviewing operational plans, compiling submissions, memoranda and responses, attending to internal audit queries, administering leave forms, making travel and conference bookings, and providing secretariat services.
