They will provide comments on the In-Year Monitoring report and contribute inputs for budget adjustments. Revenue, cash, and banking services must be managed, including monitoring the banking of state money, administering petty cash, and overseeing exempt transaction reports. Debtor management is a key responsibility, involving the recovery of outstanding debt, collection progress reports, analysis of debtor and revenue reports, and corrective action where needed. The role also includes overseeing the application of unapplied cash, opening accounts, suspending overdue accounts, and making recommendations on disputes and queries. The incumbent will review credit notes, B-accounts, and related parties, oversee debit and credit notes, control internal debtors, and manage creditors.
