A valid Code B or EB driver’s licence is required, and candidates must be willing to work shifts, public holidays, after-hours, and provide standby and weekend cover, as well as travel for official meetings and training. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of labour relations legislation, nursing legislation, ethical practices, public sector policies, infection prevention control, occupational health and safety, risk management, and the Ideal Hospital Framework and Office of Health Standards Compliance.
