HESSEQUA MUNICIPALITY The Hessequa Municipality requires the services of suitable persons in the following temporary vacancies: * Temporary Caretaker: Heidelberg Swimming Pool x2 and De Mist (Riversdale) x2 (Ref: Caretaker) R66.99 per hour. Temporary contract: 21 September 2026 to 30 April 2027 Requirements: Grade 9 • Must be fit and healthy • Able to work in harsh weather conditions • Willing to work over weekends and public holidays • Able to swim • Able to communicate in two of the official languages of the Western Cape • Three months’ experience in a similar position. Duties: Handle chemicals • Keep swimming pool clean • Open and closing of the building • Pick up litter • Clean ablution facilities • Report any defects • Supervision • Receive entrance fees • Ensure that visitors adhere to the rules of the swimming pool. * This is temporary contracts and not permanent appointments.
