Duties (key result areas/outputs)
Provide operational and strategic support for policy translation and enablement for Health and Wellness. Promotion integration across the life course and framework for action strategic actions. Operationalize processes for effective implementation enablement, guidance and support for Health and Wellness Promotion across the life course and framework for action strategic actions. Administer Monitoring, evaluation and Reporting. Facilitate Intersectoral collaboration, stakeholder engagement and management. Provide logistical and administrative support to the component and programmatic areas.
Minimum educational qualification
Appropriate 3-year National diploma or degree.
Competencies (knowledge/skills)
Project Management skills. Knowledge and application of regulations, policies, procedures and indicators relevant to Wellness and integrated Health promotion programmes. Understanding of the District Health system. Facilitation, writing, research, conceptualisation, statistical analysis and strategic support. Monitoring, evaluation, research, analytical and problem-solving skills. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite and digital platforms. Sound interpersonal, networking and negotiating skills. Creativity, self-motivation, assertiveness and ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to prioritise and organise work, exercise self-discipline and function under pressure, work without supervision and handle a high work volume.
