The Deputy Director will manage and monitor the implementation of the HIV, AIDS, STIs and TB (HAST) programme, maximise opportunities for employees to access HIV testing services, reduce new infections, and provide educational sessions that protect and promote human rights. They will develop, monitor, and evaluate the peer educator programme and costed operational plans for HAST. In terms of health and productivity management, they will manage communicable and non-communicable diseases, wellness screening, disease management activities, and analyse chronic disease and health risk data.
