    Requirements

    Duties

    Collect and deliver items/documents: Collect official documents/items from Pretoria, Johannesburg and Bedfordview. Register all collections and deliveries. Advise supervisor/manager of all undelivered /collected documents with reasons. Ensure that all deliveries and collections are signed for. Compliance and progress report: Submission of reports where required. Quality information provided. Provide portfolio of evidence on work achieved. Compliance with due dates. Compliance with process and procedure. Compliance with due dates (collect/deliver within stipulated time frames). Assist registry officials where required. Secure documents: Ensure that all documents collected/delivered are placed in an envelope and sealed. Exercise confidentiality on all collect/delivered information/documents. Collect/deliver only official documents or items. Keep record of all collections/deliveries. Collect/deliver post: Collect all mail from the g-FleeT private box. Sort all mail according to business units. Deliver all mail to relevant officials. Return misdirected mail to the post office. Ensure that all mail is registered and signed for. Stamp and seal outgoing mail. Messenger vehicle usage: ensure that the vehicle is only used for intended purpose. Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean.
