Duties: • Ensure effective communication and academic support for all assigned online students. • Facilitate online teaching and learning using the LMS and approved digital platforms. • Conduct live virtual classes/sessions (10–30 minutes per module) and record sessions as proof of delivery. • Develop and upload learning material, recorded lectures/sessions, and assessments onto the LMS. • Manage online discussions and student communication via LMS and WhatsApp platforms. • Track and monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress. • Prepare students for assessments and examinations. • Set, mark, moderate, verify, and archive assessments in line with policy requirements. • Update EPOAs after every assessment on the staff LMS section. • Provide timely academic support and constructive feedback. • Compile, submit, and verify assessment results. • Invigilate and facilitate online proctoring for assessments. • Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and college policies. • Submit weekly reports on LMS activity and student engagement.
