Requirements
Academic qualifications: A Master's degree in Computer Systems Engineering / Intelligent Industrial Systems / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with adequate knowledge in the required subjects. Postgraduate Diploma/Honours and/or B-Tech/Advanced Diploma in Computer Systems Engineering / Intelligent Industrial Systems / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with adequate knowledge in the required subjects. Please note: Candidates with Postgraduate Diploma/Honours and/or B-Tech/Advanced Diploma will only be considered if there are not enough qualified Master's candidates available. Experience: At least 3 years of relevant teaching experience and/or 3 years of experience in industry. Additional Requirements: Must attend the academic orientation programme designed for a part-time lecturer. Must attend Departmental Curriculum review Registration with professional body (if applicable): Registration with ECSA is recommended Postgraduate Students: Supervisor’s progress report should be attached together with the application.
