    External Advertisement Position Strategy Manager Peromnes Grade P5 Division CEO’s Office Department CEO Location Head Office Minimum Notch R1 482 722 Minimum Requirements: • Master’s degree in business management / leadership /administration (NQF Level 9) • Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in a business environment, strategy development, organizational performance management, and or performance monitoring and evaluation of which at least 4 years must be at management level and 3 years at middle management or supervisory level; and • Valid driver’s license. PERSON PROFILE MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Technical Skills • Perform annual reviews of the architecture and systems • Macro-economics implemented for strategy planning and execution. • Business • Monitor application and quality of the planning, execution and Performance feedback processes, ensuring that they are linked in a closed • Strategic loop system.
