MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Matric.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Public Administration /Social Sciences or relevant qualification at NQF Level 7.
• At least 5 years work – related experience in a senior position with the Human Resources environment preferable in a Local Government sphere.
• Valid registration with the relevant professional body.
• An accredited advanced administrative law or labour relations course.
• Valid Driver's Licence
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS ( Include but not limited to):
• Researchers and develops strategic and short-term plans for the Human Resources Functionality.
• Manages organizational change and development of specific policies, procedures and systems.
• Formulate the key results indicators and outcomes pertaining to recruitment and selection processes.
• Defines the efficient and effective administration of employee conditions of services and benefits.
• Manages leave and work attendance administration.
• Manages the administration of all payrolls related functionality.
• Defines operational, capital estimates and controls expenditure against the approved budget allocations.
• Manages the key performance indicators and outcomes of personnel within the human resources section.
• Disseminate functional and operational on the immediate, short-term objectives and current development, problems and constraints.
• Defines the scope and procedural administrative requirements and reporting deadlines associated with the functionality.
